General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") govern the sales carried out on the hemyro.com website (the "Site"), published by:

Any order placed on the Site implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
1. Purpose
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by HEMYRO on the Site.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are presented on the Site with their essential characteristics. HEMYRO strives to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations (color, material) may occur, particularly due to screen display.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). HEMYRO reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the price applicable is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order and are added to the price of the products.
4. Order
To place an order, the customer must:
- Select the desired product(s) and add them to their cart
- Provide their delivery and billing details
- Choose a delivery method
- Proceed with secure payment
The order is only final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after placing the order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via the payment methods offered on the Site (bank card, and other methods that may be available). Banking data is not retained by HEMYRO.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

8. Guarantees
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
9. Liability
HEMYRO cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of a stock shortage, force majeure, or disruption or strike of the delivery services.
10. Personal data
The processing of customer personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the exclusive property of HEMYRO and protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

13. Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has the option to use the consumer mediation service free of charge in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with HEMYRO.
14. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
