Refund and Return Policy

At HEMYRO, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you, here are the return and refund terms that apply.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Be accompanied by its tags and original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons (underwear, opened cosmetic products, etc.), in accordance with the law.

3. Return Procedure

To make a return:

  1. Contact us at info.hemyro@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will provide you with the instructions and return address
  3. Send the product back under the conditions described above
  4. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund

(Please specify whether return shipping costs are borne by the customer or HEMYRO.)

4. Refund Timeline

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless you agree otherwise.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, contact us as soon as possible at info.hemyro@gmail.com with photos of the product concerned. We will offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancelled Orders

Any cancellation request must be made before the order is shipped. Once the package has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
